At UgPrint.store, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- Acceptable Reasons:
- Defective/damaged products.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Significant mismatch from product description.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., printed mugs with your logo).
- Digital downloads.
- Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
2. Return Process
- Timeframe: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipt.
- Steps:
- Email hellot@ugprint.store with your order # and reason for return.
- We’ll approve/deny your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, ship the item to our return address (provided via email). Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the error was ours.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refund issued via the original payment method (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer).
- Partial Refunds: Granted if the item is returned used or missing parts.
4. Exchanges
- We’ll replace defective/wrong items at no extra cost (subject to availability).
