2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
- Custom products (e.g., printed mugs, branded merchandise) may take 3–5 business days before shipping.

4. Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a SMS/email with tracking details once your order ships.
- Courier partners: Posta Uganda, SafeBoda Logistics, or Jumia Logistics.
5. Undelivered Orders
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will incur a reshipment fee.
- Unclaimed orders after 14 days are returned, and refunds exclude shipping costs.
