1. General Terms
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase from our store.
- Account Responsibility: Keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for all activities under your account.
- Accuracy: Product descriptions/prices may occasionally change. We reserve the right to correct errors.
2. Orders & Payments
- Pricing: All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT (if applicable).
- Payment Methods: We accept Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel), bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
- Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after payment verification. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Areas Served: We ship across Uganda (Kampala deliveries may be faster).
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing (varies by location).
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight/location.
- Risk of Loss: Ownership transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect packages for damage before accepting.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement/refund.
- Wrong Items Shipped: We’ll cover return shipping for our mistakes.
- Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 7 days if unused/unprinted. Customer pays return shipping.
- Refund Processing: Refunds issued within 5–10 business days via original payment method.
5. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
- Copyright: By submitting artwork, you confirm you own rights or have permission to use it.
- Revisions: Custom designs require approval before printing. 2 free revisions included.
- File Formats: Provide high-resolution files (PDF, PNG, AI) to avoid print-quality issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We’re not liable for:
- Delays due to courier issues, strikes, or events beyond our control (“force majeure”).
- Misuse of products or design infringements by customers.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Ugandan law. Disputes will be resolved in courts within Kampala, Uganda.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
